Sep 12th 2025I’ve been buying the Pacific Seafood/Starfish brand of GF Cod for many years because it is absolutely fantastic! there isn’t any difference in taste or texture between this product and similar gluten containing products, and they use quality seafood, real solid pieces of Cod vs the very common pieced together fried fish patties you’ll often find. I’ve fed this to gluten eaters and they liked it as much as i do. plus it’s so easy to prepare, just bake and eat. It blows my mind that there are any poor reviews on this product, I’ve eaten endless amounts of every kind of fish, cooked and prepared in many ways literally since i started eating solid food, and this Pacific GF Cod (and the other versions, haddock, etc) are exceptional, and not remotely fishy. Just follow the baking instructions, but also make sure the crust is nice and crispy (may need a few extra minutes) and any normal rational person (fish eating) will be incredibly pleased, whether they are GF or not.
