Jul 17th 2020Very good choice for a quick sandwich. This is one of the few gluten-free bread products that I don't refrigerate. It has a pretty long shelf-life on its own. The texture is relatively soft and not as crumbly as some other products. I still warm these up a little bit before use, just like any other GF bread I eat, but it probably isn't as necessary.

May 21st 2020These Sandwich Thins are my favorite Gluten Free bread choices! I miss bread so much when I could no longer tolerate gluten, but this makes up for it. I love this product! O'Doughs nailed it!! It has a great bread flavor and hold up well. Missing that bread flavor when eating a sandwich? Well, miss no longer!! Use this!!

May 9th 2020Though a little too thick for our toaster, these serve well for lunch time sandwiches. Even my husband who is not GF enjoys them for lunch.
