I really, really hesitated to buy this pie! I've found that gluten free pie crusts are usually just not that great. But my husband loves cherry pie and it was a Christmas tradition in his house. So, I took a chance and this is really, really good. My husband does not have to eat gluten free but I do get tired of making two types of everything most of the time. He raved about this pie and I thought it was great. My only concern is that the package is pretty small. It's only about 8 inches square, which yields four small (but adequate) slices. If you need to feed a group, you will need to buy more than one. The instructions give you the option of cooking frozen or thawed, which I liked. I thawed it and cooked it while we ate Christmas dinner. Later I served it slightly warm.
