Ingredients - Chicken breast meat, water, rice flour, yellow corn flour, yellow corn meal, rice starch, corn starch, sea salt, dextrose, garlic powder, onion powder, spice, yeast extract
Breading set in non-hydrogenated soybean oil.
Heating instructions from frozen
Conventional oven (preferred method)
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Place frozen tenders in a single layer on baking sheet.
3. Place sheet on middle of rack and bake for 12-14 minutes.
4. Turn tenders halfway through heating time.
Microwave
1. Place frozen tenders in a single layer on microwave safe plate.
2. Heat, uncovered, on high: 3 tenders for 1 1/2 mins, 6 tenders for 2 1/2 minutes, 9 tenders for 3 minutes.
3. Turn tenders halfway through heating time.
4. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Aug 15th 2020I've bought these several times now, and while I can't honestly say they are a favorite (my favorite chicken tenders aren't available on this site), they do work in a pinch. I haven't been able to find my favorite brand in stores for some time, and with the pandemic, it makes it all the more difficult. I know for a fact they are still being made, its just that the stores around me aren't making it a priority to stock them. The taste with these Golden Platter Gluten Free tenders isn't the problem, in fact, its quite good. However, Like other Golden Platter products, it is formed and pressed from ground chicken, and not actual tenders themselves. Even so, I do like to eat them wrapped in a GF tortilla to make a quick and easy wrap, and you get a good deal of tenders for the price. The value is definitely worth it.

May 1st 2017I tried these for the first time and LOVE them! The breading is very light and the seasoning is very tasty. These are better than conventional store-bought brands. I will keep these in my freezer. The rest of the family also enjoyed them, so I'll have to keep them stocked!
