Perfection, the Best yet! Natural makes such a difference in flavor not to mention the health aspects. These breasts have a wonderful fresh homemade flavor. Moist, not greasy nor too bready. They were just as good nuked as in the oven. Crispier in the oven. The coating is nice and light, very flavorful. It does not fall off the chicken. I had been making my own battered chicken and freezing it, trying many different flours and crumbs over the years. No more, I cannot duplicate the flavor of these! I even made chicken Parmesan with one, it was great! The convenience of taking one out of the freezer, serving it as a sandwich, by itself with veggies, or doing a quick chicken Parmesan is great! Sliced in a salad would be good too. A good way to add protein to your veggies.
