Heating instructions for Conventional oven:
-Preheat oven to 425'F
-Place frozen bites in a single layer on baking sheet.
-Place sheet on middle of rack and bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
-Turn Bites halfway through heating time.

Dec 2nd 2024These are AWESOME with a little ranch dressing or BBQ sauce. Some have a little kick to them but not too much. Best thing is they are gluten free. Try them you'll like them.

Aug 15th 2020These are a new favorite at our house! I'm a bit disappointed they come in 'patty style' form, and not actual chunks of chicken, but the taste is very good. I also think that the level of heat is just right. I bought these specifically to try for a new recipe I found for a buffalo chicken pasta salad, and they work perfectly alongside my go-to GF pasta. I also like that they come fully cooked, and have the option of being able to reheat in the microwave, because I don't always have access to an oven, so the easy prep is quite the convenience. This will always be on my list from now on!

Jul 10th 2020Having tried other Golden Platter products, I already knew going in that this would be a 'chicken patty' formed item. While I do prefer the ones that are actual tenders and chunks, I must admit that the Golden Platter does have the advantage of being fully cooked, and can be prepared in the microwave, which is ideal for me, as I don't have a working oven. That said, I selected these Buffalo bites to try because I needed them for a recipe that called for buffalo chicken. I wasn't disappointed. I thought the spice level was adequate, though sometimes I do prefer my buffalo chicken a little hotter, but you can always add more heat. It's not so easy when something is too spicy to take it away. This will definitely be something I will buy again.

May 13th 2020These are really good. Easy to bake. Just the right amount of buffalo hot. Amazing with some celery and blue cheese dressing. Great find and glad I tried them. I will be ordering them again!
