Dec 8th 2013This gravy mix saved me a lot of work at Thanksgiving this year. This is the first year I've had to do a gluten-free Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks to this wonderful gravy mix, at least that part of the preparation was simple. I made up 2 packets of this mix, added the pan drippings (a lot), and thickened the results with a little bit of corn starch. The gravy was delicious! I'll be keeping this on hand in all flavors.
