Sep 27th 2008I purchased 1 packet to give it a try. I used it to make the gravy in my peppersteak over pasta the other night for dinner. It was excellent! I didn't even tell my husband until after he was finished eating dinner. He is not a Celiac. He loved it too and said he had no idea it was gluten free. Needless to say, I just ordered several more packets.
