Jul 4th 2011I am not a fan of these! The texture is awful. They don't fold easily, are very chewy, and have a strange after taste.

May 9th 2011I like these as a tortilla alternative, but the rest of these users are correct in saying it falls apart when you heat it and then fold it. It is recommended to only use them for flat items like quesadillas or homemade mexican pizza. I have yet to find a gluten free tortilla that doesn't fall apart when you fold it.

Apr 25th 2011Try cooking these tortillas under the broiler with butter or equivalent non-diary spread until crispy brown and eating with agave. Pretty good stuff!

Feb 16th 2011Size is good, but I recommend using for things like quesadillas, etc, rather than wraps/sandwiches, as the tortillas aren't flexible and simply crack when folded.
