Ingredients - Wrapper: water, non-GMO rice flour, non-GMO corn starch, non-GMO canola oil, eggs, baking powder, salt, soy lecithin.
Filling: chicken, cabbage, carrots, scallions, cilantro, ginger, red pepper chili flakes, salt, black pepper, yeast extract, evaporated cane juice.

This product is manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs and shellfish.
Preparation Instructions:
Microwave Method: Place egg rolls on a paper towel or on microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Cool for 2 minutes.
Quick Method: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place egg rolls on plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Place egg rolls on baking tray. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until heated through (turn egg rolls once during cooking).
Conventional Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place egg rolls on baking tray. Cook for 20-22 minutes or until heated through (turn egg rolls
once during cooking).

Jul 1st 2025these chicken egg rolls are ok, but nothing special. They aren’t reminding me of a real, actually tasty, gluten-ful egg roll, I wish Feel Good Foods would make a Pork Egg Roll, given the pork potstickers are SO much better than the chicken, (and they already have the filling) I’m positive the Pork version would be much better. But if you’re GF and desperate for an egg roll, this will do if your expectations aren’t very high.

Jul 13th 2020The Feel Good Foods egg rolls are second to none. I use my air fryer to prepare them, and the outside gets crispy while the inside warms up perfectly and the flavors are fabulous. This are a repeat order for me every time.
