Chickens are raised in Pennsylvania Dutch Country without antibiotics, on a strict diet of grains, vitamins, and minerals - never any animal by-products.
A true nugget - no skin, no fillers or extenders, no flaked, chopped, or mechanically separated meat. Lightly breaded to accentuate natural chicken flavor. All Natural Ingredients: No Chemical Additives or Preservatives. Flash-fried in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil to set breading. At their revolutionary processing facility, their chickens are individually air chilled so the natural flavor and juices are not diluted, giving you a better tasting bird.
Shelf life: frozen - approx. 8-10 months.
Ingredients - chicken breast meat, marinated in water and sea salt, breading with rice flour, water, yellow corn flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, dried whole eggs, yeast, cane sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Flashed fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.
Contains - Eggs.
This product is manufactured in the same facility as wheat products.

Suggested Cooking Instructions:
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375 deg. Spread frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for a total of 25-30 minutes.
Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8") in skillet until hot. Fry in hot oil over med heat 10-12 min turning over after 6 min. Nuggets should be golden brown on both sides.
Microwave: Not recommended.

Jan 15th 2018Fantastic product. It's hard to tell that these are even gluten free - they come out crispy and have a great seasoning to them that's based off spices and not chemicals. Cooking tip: If cooking these via pan fried method, be sure to check the internal temperature. If oil is on medium heat and not turned down midway through, they'll brown faster than they cook internally. Definitely my favorite GF nugget out there.

Jun 11th 2017These Bell & Evans GF Chicken Nuggets are so good and juicy, they make me feel like a kid again. Very easy to cook a few for lunch in the toaster oven and either eat as they are or cut up to top a salad. Now if I can only keep my nephew away from them.
