They craft meats in small batches according to recipes grown from their 45 years of Vermont history. Made with meats grown without antibiotics or added hormones, and never fed animal byproducts. Made in Vermont with beef and pork purchased from outside Vermont.

Uncured: No sodium nitrite, and no nitrites or nitrates added except for those naturally occurring in celery juice and sea salt.

Beef and Pork Chipotle Real Stick has ground chipotle pepper, cumin and other Mexican spices that bring the spiciest - but still "just right" (for most) spice level.

Shelf Life: 140 days

Ingredients: Beef, pork, spices, molasses powder, sea salt, onion, celery juice powder, ascorbic acid, garlic, lactic acid starter culture (not from milk). Encased in collagen casing.
