This product is stored frozen in our warehouse, but can be shipped dry (without freezer box and dry ice) to locations with no more than a 2 day ground transit time from PA. We take our version of the classic everything seasoning mix - millet, flax seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, and salt - and infuse it into our delicious gluten-free bagels, so that every bite of our soft, chewy Everything Bagel is full of flavor!  Dairy-free, soy-free, and nut-free, this is a bagel you can feel good about eating!
