2 large enchiladas per package. 9g fiber, 8g protein per package.
All natural white corn tortillas filled creamy pinto beans and vegan cheese
topped with traditional red sauce, sprinkled with vegan cheese.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (do not thaw before cooking):
Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent. Cook on 50% power for 9 minutes.
Let stand in microwave for 1 minute.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Cut film cover to vent.
Place tray on a baking tray. Cook 20-25 minutes.
