Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. DEEP FRY: Set deep fryer to 350°F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place fish into the oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. For best results do not overcrowd the fryer with too much fish. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing the fillet to cool slightly.Serving Suggestions: Serve for lunch or as a dinner entree.
