OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes; turn over after 8-9 minutes. Continue baking until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. DEEP FRY: Set deep fryer to 350°F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place fish into the oil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. For best results do not overcrowd the fryer with too much fish. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing the fillet to cool slightly. Serving Suggestions: Serve for lunch or as a dinner entrée. It makes a great sandwich, on a gluten free roll or bun with sliced tomatoes, onions, and avocados. Add gluten free tartar sauce or mayo, a squeeze of fresh lime and a side of sweet potato fries.
