The gluten, yeast, corn, dairy, soy and rice free bread offers the same excellent texture and high fiber and protein content. This all-purpose flour blend hopes to address even more food allergies or sensitivities by being yeast-free. Also, a small amount of crystallized honey is used in this bread. There is growing evidence that honey can aid digestion.
