This multi-blend gluten free flour is an all purpose gluten free flour mix that works as a substitute for wheat flour, almost cup for cup. (3/4 cup Authentic Foods Multi-Blend Flour = 1 cup wheat flour). There is no need to add additional xanthan gum when making pancakes, waffles, pie crust, or cookies. For cake and sweet bread recipes add 1/2 tsp xanthan gum per cup of flour mix. Shelf life: Approx. 12 months - Best if used by date on each package.
Ingredients - brown rice flour, sweet rice flour, tapioca starch, cornstarch, potato starch, xanthan gum.
